Notices & Limitations
In some cases, we have to impose certain restrictions for security reasons. Below we will be explaining important issues for your integration.
As the Payox system, we have some limitations and restrictions;

1) Multiple pending deposits created with userId- Description
If there is a pending transaction linked to the 'userId' you sent to us to create a deposit transaction (deposit transaction that has not yet been concluded), you cannot create a new deposit request on the relevant 'userId'. There is no such restriction in Withdraw transactions.

2) Multiple and repeated callback alert- Description
Process the Callback request we send to you based on Deposit & Withdraw transactions only once. Because, for example, if we send a transaction that was 'successful' as 'unsuccessful' later, your members will have problems. You need to pay attention to this, especially in withdrawal transactions.

3) IP Address restrictions- Description
For security reasons, we have to add your IP addresses to the white-list for both your deposit and withdrawal requests. Please forward your IP Addresses to our support team and ask them for Payox IP addresses when starting the integration. Accept callback requests only from those IP addresses
If there is a pending deposit on userId, we will return the old transaction to you when you create a new one. However, it contains the value alreadyPending=true. If the response contains this value, do not create a new request in your own system.
